Where can I buy BOYN products? Do you have distributor in our country?

You can buy them from us directly. Our Product Specialist will provide a formal quotation. Price confirmation can be done using any communication media especially email. As the business nature all products are quoted only on terms of availability. Before placing an order confirm the quoted price, terms and other conditions.
Now we are looking for qualified distributors all over the word.

What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally 1 unit. The exception however is that for certain items (e.g. labware or consumables) the MOQ may vary. Pls feel free to contact us to get a exact MOQ for your product.

How long are your warranty?

All BOYN products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of original installation or 14 months after shipment date from the manufacturer, whichever occurs first. But you must also provide proof of purchase in the form of your original order number and the serial number.

How about the maintenance after the warranty period?

After the warranty period, we are still responsible for after-sales service. As long as the useful life of the equipment is unexpired, we will provide paid services for replacement parts.

How can I make payment? And what is your payment term?

Payment can be made through wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C at sight), PayPal or Western Union.
Our payment term is 100% deposit in advance

What is the packaging of your products?

We always use high quality corrugated cardboard box or non-fumigation plywood case to pack them, even with inner void fill materials for extra protection. 
It will guarantee a safe and secure delivery of products.

Do you deliver to ...?

Yes we do! We deliver worldwide. It is just the question of delivery fee. The available Shipping methods: forwarding agencies by air & by sea & by train, Parcel services by DHL & FEDEX & TNT, or self-pickup.

How long does it take to deliver the products after I place an order?

Our lead time varies with our current storage and production schedule. Most of products can be delivered within 7-15days after receiving your full payment
If you have a specific lead time you need to obtain it ,please go over your requirements with your sales consultant. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Quality Certificates, Testing report, MSDS or certificate for safe transport, Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

Can you send us some hard copy printed catalogues?

Yes, we can. As for new customer, please bear the delivery fee and we will refund to you at first order.

Can I take a tour of BOYN’S factory?

Of course,we will prepare for everything in advance if it is necessary. Generally, it is requirement that customers must have built agency relationship or business relationship with our company.

Can i have your price list?

Our prices are subject to change depending on quantity demanded and other market factors. Pls contact us for the quotation individually.
 

How long is the validity of quotation?

Generally, All Prices quoted by us are valid for 30 days from the date of stated on the quotation.
 

Can you modify your equipment to comply with different voltages power supply and sockets?

In most cases yes, we can, but not always. Please contact us for details
 

Who will install the unit in my laboratory?

The quotation do not include any installation and training fee.
Your engineer should install it by himself with reference of user manual or installation video which provided by us.
If required us to send technicians to your location to install the equipment and train them how to operate and maintain the machines, We have to charge you extra cost for overseas trip.

What if I have an issue with my order?

Quality is our top priority.
